This 250,000 SF Class A office building in the Dallas Design District is planned to be the latest addition in a series of new developments offering a curated, art-centric experience. The building will anchor one end of an interactive art walk corridor which is to be built on a reclaimed railroad line dating back to the warehousing days of the district. An LED media screen with video display capabilities wraps the parking podium along the highway frontage, while a large scale commissioned mural is planned for the adjacent podium wall. Stunning views to downtown Dallas, the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge, and the surrounding neighborhood are provided by the wrap-around rooftop terrace.
