The public spaces at the ground level open out to the sidewalk to activate the street frontage and invite interaction between interior and exterior guests. Conference and meeting space located at the top of the parking podium provide dramatic views of the neighborhood and downtown Dallas and the tower curtain wall features a crinkled panel system with integral sun shades which help to cut down on solar heat gain and glair. The material palette is a curated selection of masonry, perforated metal panels, and stone carefully arranged to create a composition that reflects the character of the neighborhood.
